Seven months · Cohorts of twelve · Measured start to finish
Seven months from now, you could be unrecognizable to yourself.
We shape your daily life from a distance.
Where we start
Not with motivation. With a blood panel, a month of honest sleep data, and a clear look at the structure you are actually living in — then one correction at a time, slowly enough that it holds.
01 — Who it's for
One program. Three kinds of people walk into it.
The protocol doesn't change — sleep, food, movement, stillness, input. What changes is what it's costing you right now, and that's where we start.
You are not undisciplined. You are underslept.
You know the setups. You've read the books. And you still overtrade in the dead zone, size up after a loss, and take the entry you'd have told a friend to skip. That isn't a knowledge gap — it's a body making decisions on five hours of sleep, three coffees, and a nervous system that never got to come down from yesterday.
A trader is an instrument. We tune the instrument. The rules you already know start holding when the person following them is rested, fed, and able to sit still.
- Revenge trades and the 2 p.m. boredom entry, treated as physiology first
- Sleep and resting heart rate read against your own P&L, week by week
- Stillness training so you can sit through a setup that hasn't arrived yet
- A daily protocol built around your session, not against it
- A hard stop that you keep because your body agrees with it
Performing well and quietly running on fumes.
Your output is fine. That's the problem — nothing has broken yet, so nothing has forced a change. Meanwhile the sleep has been mediocre for four years, the training is inconsistent, the food is whatever's fast, and the recovery you keep promising yourself never gets scheduled.
This is the rebuild you'd do if you had a coach, a lab, and someone reading your data every week. For seven months, you do.
- Two blood panels, seven months apart, so the change is a number and not a feeling
- Continuous sleep and recovery data, reviewed — not just collected
- Meal structure you can hold while travelling
- Meditation built from five minutes to twenty-five or thirty
- The subtraction list: what you're weaning off, and in what order
You built the life. Then you stopped maintaining the person living it.
The business worked. The deals closed. Somewhere in there the training got optional, dinner became whatever was open, and real sleep turned into a rumor. Nothing has broken — which is exactly why nothing has changed. You are the most expensive asset you own and the only one you've stopped servicing.
This is the seven months where the maintenance gets scheduled and measured, the same way you'd underwrite anything else you own.
- Two blood panels, seven months apart, so the change is a number
- Built to survive travel, time zones, and a schedule you don't control
- Runs entirely remote — Florida, California, or a different country each quarter
- Weaning, not white-knuckling: a taper you can hold through a bad quarter
- Twelve people, one start date, no rolling admission
Month two
Sleep first. Everything after gets easier or harder because of it.
The first correction — and the one nobody wants to start with
02 — Thesis
Most people are consuming a life someone else built.
The feed, the sugar, the 1 a.m. scroll, the third coffee — none of it is a character flaw. It's architecture. Someone designed an environment that pays when you consume, and you've been living inside it by default.
Coaching that only adds motivation to that environment fails, and it fails on schedule: about eleven days in. The environment runs every hour. Willpower doesn't.
So we don't start with motivation, and we don't start with a cleanse. We start with measurement — a blood panel, a month of unedited sleep data, an honest log of what you actually eat and watch. Then we remove and install, one load-bearing element at a time, slowly enough that it holds.
Seven months is not a marketing number. It's roughly how long it takes for sleep, training, food, and stillness to stop being things you're doing and start being the way you live — and long enough for the second blood panel to say something the first one didn't.
A habit is a building material. Seven months is a renovation, not a resolution. The working method
Move
Daily and unmissable before it is ever heavy. The single best-evidenced thing any person can do for their body and their brain.
Sleep
Timing before duration. It is the correction every other correction rests on, which is why it goes first and not last.
Eat
A real, well-rounded diet, tuned to what your own panel and your own response actually show — not to a category you were born into.
Sit still
Meditation, built from five minutes to twenty-five or thirty. This is where the stress load comes down and stays down.
Learn
Hard, deliberate learning — long books, new skills, real difficulty. A brain kept in demand behaves differently from one kept entertained.
Self-regulate
Seeing the machinery: the feed, the sugar, the endless scroll, all engineered to keep you consuming. You cannot resist what you have not noticed.
Create
The point of the other six. Attention that stops being harvested becomes attention you can spend on something of your own.
What it adds up to
Less chronic stress, a nervous system that stops running hot, and a reward system that responds to real things again instead of cheap ones.
03 — The seven-month arc
Nothing gets installed before the thing it rests on is standing.
One correction at a time, in this order, for a reason. Month one changes nothing on purpose — you can't rebuild a structure you haven't measured.
Survey
Blood panel. Ring on. One honest month of sleep, food, and screen data. We change nothing yet.
Sleep
The first correction, because every other one gets easier or harder depending on it. Timing before duration.
Subtraction
Weaning off what doesn't serve you — sugar first, then the rest — on a taper you can actually hold.
Fuel
A full meal structure built around what you'll really cook and buy. Load added slowly, never all at once.
Movement
Daily and unmissable before it's ever heavy. Training that fits the week you actually have.
Stillness
Meditation from five minutes to twenty-five or thirty. This is where most of the change gets consolidated.
Handover
Second blood panel. Side by side with the first. Then you run the protocol without me — that's the exit condition.
90-day check
One call, three months later, to see what held and what quietly slid back.
Month five
Outside, daily, before it is ever heavy.
Movement is where most people quit — so it goes in last, and small
04 — The part nobody sells
Some part of you is holding this up. That part is not your enemy.
Every habit you want gone is currently doing a job. The 9 p.m. sugar is doing a job. The scroll is doing a job. Strip them out without knowing what job they were doing and the whole structure comes back — usually in month three, usually without warning.
The industry that wants your attention is not subtle about it, and it is not amateur. Feeds are tuned by people whose entire job is keeping your eyes there, measured to the second. Whole economies run on you consuming more than you need — more food, more content, more things — and none of that is an accident you failed to notice through weakness.
But naming the machinery is the easy half. The harder half is that a part of you is co-operating with it, and it has reasons. That part is managing something: a stress you haven't dealt with, an evening you don't want to sit inside of, a silence that is uncomfortable. It is not sabotage. It is maintenance, badly done.
So we do not white-knuckle it. Before a habit comes out, we work out what it was holding up and put something in its place. That is why the removals are spread across months instead of stacked into week one, and why month five — the one where most people quit — is planned for rather than survived.
You will meet the part of yourself that does not want this. Everyone does. The difference here is that it is on the schedule.
On screens, specifically
- Not seven months of disconnection — you have a business and a market to watch
- Deliberate windows instead: screens on for the work, off for the rest
- The phone gets rebuilt in month two, not thrown away
- Consumption gets logged like food, because it behaves like food
- What you free up goes into making something, or the whole exercise was for nothing
More from the human experience, and more joy, without needing to consume more to get it. What the seven months are for
05 — What gets measured
You should be able to see the difference, not just feel it.
Most coaching ends with a story. This ends with two sets of numbers taken seven months apart, and the daily data in between that explains how you got from one to the other.
Blood work, twice
- Drawn at month one and month seven
- Ordered and interpreted by a licensed clinician, not by me
- Standard metabolic and inflammatory markers
- Your results are yours — shared only if you choose to
Continuous, on your hand
- A smart ring, included, worn for the full seven months
- Sleep timing, duration, and consistency
- Resting heart rate and heart-rate variability
- Activity and recovery, read weekly against how you felt
Daily, from you
- A ninety-second check-in, every day, in writing
- What you ate, moved, sat with, and skipped
- I read every log — that's the actual product
- Weekly review call with your cohort of twelve
Coaching is not medical care. Lab work is ordered and read by a licensed clinician, and nutrition planning is delivered with a licensed partner where the law requires one. Nothing here treats, cures, or diagnoses a condition, and nothing here replaces your doctor.
06 — The seven paths
Same seven months. Seven ways in.
Every path runs the same protocol — sleep, food, movement, stillness, input — and changes what we lead with and what we measure hardest. You don't pick one off a page. We find the right one on a call, together.
Origin
The foundation. For the person who is functional, busy, and quietly running on fumes.
Signal
Attention and consumption. For anyone who ends the day tired with nothing to show for it.
Output
Consumer to creator. For people with a decade of ideas and nothing finished.
Apex
High performance. For operators and athletes whose bad day costs other people.
Position
For traders who know the concepts and still break their own rules.
Return
For someone coming back after an injury, a stretch of stress, or a few years away from themselves.
Working With You
One to one, private, by application. Everything above aimed at a single life.
Not sure which?
That's what the call is for. Thirty minutes, no charge, and you leave knowing which one fits — or that none of them do.
Book a free sessionWhat this is not
- Not medical care, and not a substitute for your physician
- Not a cleanse, a detox product, or a supplement stack to buy
- Not a promise about any disease, diagnosis, or lab number
- Not a trading course — it will not teach you a strategy or an edge
- Not for someone who wants results without a daily log
- Not rolling — twelve people, one start date, then it closes
07 — Who runs it
Shelby — ten years in the coaching and professional space.
I've spent about a decade working with people on performance and change, alongside two careers that punish a badly run body: real estate — buying, renovating, and flipping — and the markets, where I trade every session. Both taught the same lesson from opposite directions. A structure holds or it doesn't, and you can usually see the failure coming in the maintenance long before it shows up in the outcome.
I'm forty and in the best shape of my life, and that isn't a flex — it's the evidence that the protocol is the one I run on myself. I didn't get here through a heroic transformation. I got here by removing things slowly and putting better ones in their place, over years, and then compressing what actually mattered into seven months so nobody else has to take the long route.
What I care about is the part people don't expect: the joy of understanding yourself. Knowing what your own body does on six hours of sleep versus eight, what happens to your decisions after sugar, what a month outdoors does to a nervous system. We don't have unlimited time here. Getting to the best version of yourself — biochemically and mentally — is worth doing on purpose, and worth doing early.
Where I'm coming from
- ~10 years coaching in the professional and performance space
- Active day trader — the discipline problem is one I live with
- Real estate: acquisitions, renovation, and resale
- Runs the same protocol I put clients on
- Works across two states and two countries — the method has to travel
08 — The first call
Start with thirty minutes and no charge.
We look at where you actually are, which of the seven paths fits, and what the seven months would ask of you. If it isn't the right thing, I will tell you on that call rather than after you've paid.
No newsletter and no drip sequence. One reply with times, and nothing else unless you ask. Pricing and payment options are covered on the call, once we know which path you're on.
09 — Partners
Three placements. Not more.
A small amount of space goes to brands a person rebuilding their year would actually use. Three slots, reviewed each cohort, refused when the fit is wrong. Partner links may earn a commission — that's disclosed on the page it appears on, every time.
Sleep & recovery
In front of every cohort during months one and two, when sleep is the whole job.
Food & fuel
Placed inside the meal structure, not in a banner.
Training & tools
Months four through six. One brand per cohort.
